At JessBoudoir, we prioritize longevity. We primarily use 14k/18k Gold Vermeil, Gold-filled, and Hypoallergenic Stainless Steel. Unlike “flash-plated” fashion jewelry, our pieces feature a thick layer of gold over silver, brass or stainless steel to ensure lasting shine. While all precious metals can react to the environment, following our care guide will keep your pieces looking brand new for years.
Absolutely. We ship globally using premium, tracked couriers. Every JessBoudoir order is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep and requires a signature upon delivery for added security. Your jewelry will arrive in discreet outer packaging, while the inside features our signature luxury gift box to keep your pieces snug and scratch-free during transit.
We want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do in your jewelry. If a piece isn’t quite right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, (check our shipping and return policy section), provided it is in its original, unworn condition with the security tag intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To maintain that “just unboxed” glow, we recommend the “Last On, First Off” rule: put your jewelry on after applying perfumes or lotions, and take it off before showering or sleeping. When not in use, store your pieces in the provided JessBoudoir pouch to prevent oxidation and tangling. Check our Items care and recommendations section.
Transparency is key. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a live tracking link. You can follow your jewelry’s journey from our studio directly to your door. If you have an account with us, you can also view your order history and status at any time in your dashboard.
Precious metals can naturally lose their luster over time due to exposure to air and oils. To restore the shine, gently buff your pieces with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners unless specified, as these can damage delicate gemstones like opals or pearls.
